An autism assessment is a structured process used to explore whether someone meets criteria for Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC). It helps make sense of lifelong patterns in communication, sensory experiences, social interaction, and thinking — and offers clarity, validation, and a path to support.
Autism assessments are for people who suspect they may be autistic and want clarity, support, or a formal diagnosis. It’s especially relevant if you:
Experience sensory sensitivities or overwhelm
Struggle with social communication, masking, or burnout
Have a strong need for routine, structure, or predictability
Often feel out of step with peers or emotionally exhausted by interaction
Have intense interests or deep focus on specific topics
Have co-occurring experiences (e.g. ADHD, anxiety, trauma)
Were previously misdiagnosed or overlooked — especially as a woman, non-binary person, or person of colour
Want to explore identity, self-understanding, or access adjustments
Assessments are available for adults and teens. We offer neurodiversity-affirming care that respects all forms of communication and experience — not just those that fit traditional stereotypes.

Our clinicians are trained in neurodivergence-informed care, and we avoid deficit-based or pathologising language. Whether you’ve masked for years, been dismissed by past services, or just started exploring your identity, we hold space for your whole experience. We centre safety, clarity, and self-understanding — not judgment or ticking boxes.
