What to do in the event of a crisis

Our office is open Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, from 9 am to 5pm. However, we are not a mental health crisis service.

In the event of a crisis we would suggest one of the following options depending on the situation:

• Contact your GP who may be able to assist
• Contact your NHS mental health crisis team. You can find their contact details here.
• The Samaritans offer a 24-hour telephone helpline calling 116 123
• Call NHS 111
• Attend the nearest Emergency Department (A&E)
• Call 999 if you need an ambulance
