A comprehensive mental health assessment is an in-depth evaluation that explores your emotional, psychological, and behavioural wellbeing. It helps build a complete picture of what’s going on, so we can offer the right diagnosis, treatment plan, or support — tailored to your unique experience.
This type of assessment is for anyone experiencing ongoing mental health difficulties, particularly if:
You’re unsure what diagnosis or treatment is right for you
You’ve had multiple diagnoses or symptoms that don’t fit neatly
Past treatments haven’t worked or felt incomplete
You’re navigating co-occurring conditions (e.g. ADHD and anxiety, trauma and OCD)
You’re exploring neurodivergence or identity-related mental health
You need a formal report for work, university, or care coordination
You want to understand your strengths, challenges, and care options
It’s suitable for adults, young people, and families, and can be adapted for trauma histories, neurodivergence, or cultural considerations.

Full history of symptoms, development, relationships, and health
Review of previous diagnoses, medications, and therapy

Diagnostic formulation using DSM/ICD criteria
