I am an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and registered Counsellor with over twelve years of experience providing mental health support to teenagers, university students, adults, and older adults. My work has taken me across international settings, enriching my understanding of diverse mental health challenges and approaches. I hold a master’s degree in Counselling and a postgraduate diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) from the University of Oxford. I am also a member of the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapy (BABCP) and the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
My approach is warm, empathetic, and collaborative, helping clients understand their difficulties and develop strategies for overcoming them. I aim to foster an enhanced sense of well-being and empowerment. I have a particular interest and expertise in complex presentations, using schema-focused CBT to explore deeply ingrained constructs that influence thoughts and behaviors. This approach helps clients identify and change long-standing unhelpful coping patterns, enabling them to build more positive, sustainable approaches to living.
I am passionate about tailoring therapy to meet each individual’s needs, guiding them toward greater self-awareness, resilience, and a fulfilling life.
