I am a Principal Clinical Psychologist and Director of Psychology at Bloomfield Health, with over 15 years of experience in the UK National Health Service (NHS) and private practice. In addition to a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, I have completed postgraduate training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Behavioural Couple Therapy, and Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy (DIT). I am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), hold Chartered Clinical Psychologist status with the British Psychological Society (BPS), and am fully accredited with the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP).
I specialize in working with adults facing challenges such as depression, anxiety disorders, low self-esteem, and body image concerns, with a particular interest in LGBTQ+ mental health. My approach is collaborative and goal-focused, helping patients build confidence and achieve meaningful change.
In my NHS role with the South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust, I lead a large team of psychological therapists, ensuring the highest standards of care. I also provide clinical supervision, support professional development, and teach at doctoral and post-doctoral levels. With published work in peer-reviewed journals and book chapters, I am dedicated to evidence-based practice and empowering others to thrive.
